At Ideal Man Cave, we take pride in offering some of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, completely free of charge (exceptions apply to custom orders—see details below).

Cancellations (Before An Order Ships)
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us promptly so we can issue a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. You can reach our agents during business hours by phone at (628) 241-1576, via chat in the bottom right corner, or by emailing support@idealmancave.com at any time.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for cancellation or refund as they are specifically produced to meet your unique specifications.
These items are created to order immediately after purchase. Once the process begins, it cannot be reversed. However, your warranty ensures that you will receive a fully functional product. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification.
All sales of custom and made-to-order products are final.
Refunds and Returns
Exchanges are allowed, but customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Please note that not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We source products directly from manufacturers, and some may not permit returns. This depends on the specific manufacturer’s policies. Contact us for more details on your product’s return eligibility.
Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you’re exchanging your product, we may be able to assist with some shipping expenses, depending on the item.
Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. However, product-specific return policies on the product page override the standard 30-day return policy.
Refund Processing Time is 7 days after receiving the return.
Shipping Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times listed on product pages are based on estimates provided by suppliers and freight carriers. These estimates are subject to change due to supply chain issues, material shortages, high demand, or other external factors beyond our control.
While delays can be frustrating, we appreciate your understanding and patience. We value your business and are doing our best during these challenging times.
Important Notices
By purchasing from Ideal Man Cave, you agree to the following terms:
- Inspect all packages upon delivery, and report any damages with photos to support@idealmancave.com within 24 hours of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for replacements during refund or exchange processes.
- Products must be returned unopened and unused. Restocking fees may apply.
- Orders that have already shipped are ineligible for full refunds.
- Returns for shipped orders will incur return shipping and restocking fees, typically around 25%.
- Shipping estimates provided are subject to change and are not guaranteed.
Damages
Inspect your item(s) immediately upon arrival. Note any visible damages when signing for delivery. If your items arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, the packaging, and the SKU to support@idealmancave.com within 24 hours. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be valid.

Warranty
Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Details can be found on individual product pages. Warranties cover issues that occur over time due to use, not damages present upon delivery. Damages upon arrival must be reported within 30 days to be eligible for resolution.
BOGO Promotions
For BOGO promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive either a replacement or store credit for the standalone value of that item.
If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and may incur a restocking fee based on the manufacturer’s policies. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Chargebacks
Our team is dedicated to resolving any issues you encounter. We pride ourselves on maintaining fair policies and providing top-tier customer support.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in criminal liability for theft. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us at (628) 241-1576 , and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Chargebacks for resolvable issues create unnecessary complications.
